I believe fitness is a lifestyle, not some 8 weeks regimen. It's the daily discipline that gets you closer to your goals, irrespective of how you feel per time, you get up and get the job done. I have put up this app to serve as that extra push for you, to get started and keep the ball rolling. I have a bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics, and I have been active since my undergraduate days to date. My passion for Sports and wellness has grown into a career over the years, helping people get in shape, and showing them how to stay in shape, has been an amazing journey, and I will like to do more for as many that's determined to give their best to build their ideal physique. The most important is to develop and maintain a fitness-conscious lifestyle. If you are ready for this, hop in, and let's make headlines, while also keeping it simple.

Training Requirements
My Workouts can be done at home, or at the gym also. You will need a Yoga mat, Kettlebells, dumbbells, and Jump rope. To be more precise, my program cuts across traditional gym workouts and home workouts, so whichever category you belong to, there's a workout for you on the GO!
