I believe fitness is a lifestyle, not some 8-week regimen. It's the daily discipline that gets you closer to your goals, regardless of how you feel at any given time; you get up and get the job done. I have put up this app to serve as that extra push for you, to get started and keep the ball rolling. I hold a bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics and have remained active since my undergraduate days to date. My passion for Sports and wellness has evolved into a career over the years, helping people get in shape and showing them how to stay that way. It has been an amazing journey, and I would like to do more for those determined to give their best to build their ideal physique.
