In 2020 I was forced out of my corporate career after 14 loyal years. In that same scary moment, I realized I was being gifted the opportunity to change career paths. At that point, I had worked in the fitness space for over 10 years as a group fitness instructor teaching classes before & after work. I knew it was time to expand my platform & work passionately towards impacting the lives of others through fitness, nutrition and sustainable healthy lifestyle choices. As a trainer & group fitness instructor, my #1 goal is to create a positive experience for you in a community where you feel empowered to consistently become a better version of yourself. Mentally & physically! A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body so expect to see mindset work along the way in addition to fitness and nutrition tips.
The foundation of my workouts will always be strength focused using different tools to add variety. I incorporate dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, ankle weights, TRX, pilates, rebounding, body weight exercises & fast twitch exercises to help deliver results at home or in the gym.
I follow traditional strength training principals with a TWIST! I have delivered excellent results for women when incorporating lower body exercises multiple times per week instead of just one set leg day. Expect to see a lot of short form workouts that will have an upper body focus paired with high repetition lower body exercises to help tone the legs & drive your heart rate up. With that said, if you are looking for a quick workout to focus specifically on arms, glutes, shoulders, abs or legs you will have that option too!
