Each partner completes a sprawl (no push-up) while the other partner does a ball slam. Each partner will complete 5 ball slams (10 total) before moving on.

Ball Slam + Jumping Jacks

Each partner will complete jumping jacks while the other partner does 2 pushups. Alternate 5x so each partner gets 10 total pushups before moving on.

Push-Ups + Jumping Jacks

Each partner will complete plank jacks while the other partner completes 2 box jumps. Alternate 5x so each partner gets a total of 10 box jumps before moving on.

Box Jump + Plank Jacks

Complete 2 front raises and 2 dumbbell thrusters 5x through for a total of 10 reps each.

Front Raise + Dumbbell Thruster

Complete a sit-up and pass the ball to your partner. Complete 10 total passes before moving on.
