About Tire Trained

Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Campbell and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. In addition to my certifications I have 8 years of experience in the fitness industry both training others and paving my own path through a fitness transformation.
I am the owner of Tire Trained, a transformation focused gym in Marion, Iowa. Tire Trained has been up and running for almost 5 years now! I have discovered a deep passion for helping to introduce women to training and to help them become the very best version of themselves through this lifestyle.
I know firsthand what this lifestyle can do for you. The possibilities are truly endless! It starts out as a physique transformation and then turns into a mental investment in your whole self health and well-being.
My transformation started in 2015. This was the first time I really took training seriously and fully dedicated myself to my transformation process. I achieved incredible results and was blown away by the mental impact it had on me. It motivated me to become a better woman all around and I have been on that path ever since!

What is included with the T3 Mini Challenges?
Every month a new T3 Mini Challenge is available for you to dive in an learn the fundamentals of the T3 program. Each T3 Mini Challenge includes app access to an exclusive 4-Week/5-Day Training Program, Custom Macros, a 4-Week Meal Plan, Training Education, and access to our exclusive T3 online community.
There is ONE 'Best Transformation' winner with each T3 Mini Challenge. The 'Best Transformation' winner is selected based on progress pictures and ending stats. The challenge winner get 10% of the pot!
How much does the T3 Mini Challenge cost?
Each T3 Mini Challenge costs $59.
Is there a winner?
Yes! Every month a 'Best Transformation' winner is selected based on progress photos submitted. Progress photos must be submitted within 48 hours after the challenge ends.
The winner will be announced one week after the monthly mini challenge ends!
How do I receive my custom macros?
You will be contacted via email to answer some questions about your personal stats (e.g. age, height, weight, lifestyle questions, etc.). Your custom macros will be provided within 24 hours of submitting your answers.
