I come from an instant gratification diet culture for sure. (You probably do too 🙈) So these challenges for me have not only transformed my body composition 👏 but transformed how I look at my body and all that she's capable of, and what I want her to be capable of in 40 years. Progressive overload and macros and consistency aren't instant, and that's why they matter so much to me. The atmosphere Amanda has created in person and online is come as you are, play for the long game, and level up what YOUR specific body is capable of today. I'm so grateful to walk into the gym each day with a plan, with a record of what I lifted last time, with videos to show me form, and with Amanda being just a message away to encourage me when I'm stuck. Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Campbell and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. In addition to my certifications I have 8 years of experience in the fitness industry both training others and paving my own path through a fitness transformation. I am the owner of Tire Trained, a transformation focused gym in Marion, Iowa. Tire Trained has been up and running for almost 5 years now! I have discovered a deep passion for helping to introduce women to training and to help them become the very best version of themselves through this lifestyle. I know firsthand what this lifestyle can do for you. The possibilities are truly endless! It starts out as a physique transformation and then turns into a mental investment in your whole self health and well-being. My transformation started in 2015. This was the first time I really took training seriously and fully dedicated myself to my transformation process. I achieved incredible results and was blown away by the mental impact it had on me. It motivated me to become a better woman all around and I have been on that path ever since!

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
