You will find many combinations of Hyrox exercises within this collection. These exercises include: • Wall Balls • Weighted Lunges • Sled Pull • Sled Push • Burpee Broad Jump • Farmer Carry • Ski Erg • Rower • Running The workouts may include the above movements but also movements that support and help you train to get better with the above moves specific to the Hyrox race. These additional movements include, but are not limited to Dumbbell Thrusters, Plate Burpees, Burpee Box Jumps, Tire Pulls, and more. Add these workouts 1-3x a week to your regular T3 lifting regimen.

Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Campbell and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. In addition to my certifications I have 8 years of experience in the fitness industry both training others and paving my own path through a fitness transformation. I am the owner of Tire Trained, a transformation focused gym in Marion, Iowa. Tire Trained has been up and running for almost 5 years now! I have discovered a deep passion for helping to introduce women to training and to help them become the very best version of themselves through this lifestyle. I know firsthand what this lifestyle can do for you. The possibilities are truly endless! It starts out as a physique transformation and then turns into a mental investment in your whole self health and well-being. My transformation started in 2015. This was the first time I really took training seriously and fully dedicated myself to my transformation process. I achieved incredible results and was blown away by the mental impact it had on me. It motivated me to become a better woman all around and I have been on that path ever since!
