1:1 LOCAL CHECK-IN

Fat Loss + Physique Coaching

You don’t have to be a Tire Trained member to work with me. 🩷

If you’re already working out but aren’t seeing the changes you want, these 1:1 check-ins are designed to help you stop guessing and start using data to guide your next steps.

The goal isn’t simply to weigh less. It’s to change your BODY COMPOSITION.

Your scale weight is only one piece of the puzzle. During these check-ins, we’ll monitor changes in body fat, lean muscle mass, body fat percentage and overall physique so we can see whether your approach is actually producing the changes you want.

WHAT WE’LL DO:

1. INBODY SCAN
We’ll start with an InBody scan that takes about 60 seconds and gives us detailed information about your body composition, including pounds of body fat, pounds of lean muscle mass and body fat percentage.

We’ll use these numbers as our baseline and monitor them over time.

2. REVIEW YOUR RESULTS + GOALS
We’ll sit down together and review your scan. This is where we’ll talk about your current progress, your goals and what you actually want your physique to look and feel like.

3. CUSTOM MACROS + NUTRITION GUIDANCE
Based on your goals and current body composition, I’ll help establish your custom calorie and macro targets. We’ll review nutrition guidelines, discuss what to prioritize and answer any questions you have.

4. PROGRESS PHOTOS
Optional progress photos can be taken to give us another way to track physical changes that the scale may not capture.

5. YOUR NEXT CHECK-IN
Before you leave, we’ll schedule your next check-in for 8 weeks out so we can compare your data, assess your progress and make adjustments as needed.

THIS ISN’T ABOUT CHASING A LOWER NUMBER ON THE SCALE.

It’s about understanding what’s happening underneath that number and making adjustments that support the physique you’re actually trying to create.

You bring the effort. I’ll help you understand the data and know what to do with it. 🩷
