It’s always summer somewhere! “Summer Body 365” is a 5-week fitness program to help you gain or lose weight, tone up, increase strength, kickstart your fitness journey or just enjoy a good workout! The workouts are to be completed 4x-5x per week with two rest days. I recommend adding a rest day after every 2-3 consecutive workout days. In other words, workout 2-3 days straight, rest, and repeat. The workouts can be performed from the comfort of your own home or in a gym. All exercises can also be modified to suit your fitness level.

As adults, we often find ourselves spending so much time juggling our day-to-day responsibilities that we tend to neglect one of the most important things to us, our health. Working a full-time job or running a business consumes a lot of our time and energy, and, as an attorney and entrepreneur, I understand how tough it may be finding the balance between working out and work life. Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
