I found my passion for fitness during a pivotal moment in my life; I used exercise to strengthen my body and mind. I worked in psychiatric facilities for years as a Recreational Therapist. I taught coping skills and leisure activities to those struggling with mental illness. Here I found my true passion - fitness for mental health.
