I’m Josh Livelsberger, an ATG Certified Level 3 Coach, personal trainer, and the founder of AIM Human Development. My career is built on a single, uncompromising principle: establishing BRAIN, BODY & BEYOND. I believe that training shouldn't just be about breaking a sweat in the gym—it’s about mastering your movement mechanics, enhancing neurological engagement, and building a body that is resilient enough to train beyond injury. For years, I've dedicated myself to a system-first diagnostic training philosophy. I don’t believe in quick fixes; I believe in blueprints. Through AIM Human Development, I help individuals bulletproof their physical foundation using unconventional but highly effective modalities. My specialty lies in rope flow, functional fitness, and integrating unique practices—like juggling—to challenge the nervous system, improve physical coordination, and build deep resilience. As the creator of the "System Mechanics" curriculum, I've developed specialized zero-equipment locomotion modules like "Ground Control," which focuses on the contralateral core and segmental rolling to help you master your body weight from the ground up. I’ve also launched the "7-Day Rope Flow Neurological Reset," designed to introduce athletes and everyday individuals to the power of rotational movement and brain-body connection. My coaching style is direct, and I won't sugarcoat what it takes to succeed. I expect high accountability from the people I work with because I hold myself to that exact same standard.
