This 6-week bench-only peaking program is built to maximize your strength and push you into competition—or PR—shape. Whether you’re prepping for the platform or looking to break through a plateau, this is the plan to take you there.

Designed by an IPF World Champion and Best Lifter, this program follows a proven structure with 4 focused training days per week. You’ll work through strategic percentage progressions, dial in your technique, and build serious pressing power with precisely selected accessories.

What you get:
	•	6 weeks of detailed programming
	•	4 training days per week
    •	2 days on, 1 day off, then 2 days on (Training Day Ex. Mon. Tues. Thurs. Fri.)
	•	Percentages, reps, and sets laid out clearly
