In working with our team 1:1, we help you connect back to yourself, regulate your emotions, and start understanding that you make sense. We offer specialized and unique support that is catered to you and what you are needing in the healing process. Our work is rooted in safety, curiosity and respect in which we use both top-down and bottom-up modalities to untangle the ways in which your past is showing up in your present day life.
      How much does the app cost?
