Welcome to “Transform 2025" program! This program is designed to help you transform your body for 2025! It is a combination of strength, mobility, and cardiovascular training to help you achieve the best possible version of yourself. The gym program is best performed in a commercial gym, however modification can be done if you are in a boutique gym/crossfit gym. In order to achieve the best results it is high recommended you make a step goal of 8-10K & complete 20-30 minutes of steady state cardio 4 days a week! Each workout will have a warm up, workout, and cool down protocol, roughly 60 minutes total. January is phase 1 of transform and there will be a total of 3 phases. Results come from consistency and progressive overload so we want to make sure we give yourself 4-5 weeks on each program in order to see best results. Can’t wait to see you and TRANSFORM this 2025! With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! I will be creating and sharing programs that are both strength and conditioning as well as calisthenics as I believe the two compliment each other! There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
