Welcome to the press to handstand program! A program designed to help you achieve a straddle/stalder press to handstand. This program is 3 days each week for a total of 4 weeks however it is highly recommended you repeat each week 2-3 times before moving onto the next week. A prerequisite for this program would be to have completed the handstand foundations & beginner calisthenics program within this app - this is because we want to make sure we have a strong foundation of strength and body control prior to starting our press to handstand journey! All you will need for this program is open wall space, pbars/dumbbells, box/chair, and resistance bands.

With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! I will be creating and sharing programs that are both strength and conditioning as well as calisthenics as I believe the two compliment each other!
