HOME WORKOUTS! I know home workouts can be boring but I promise you this one is challenging and will leave you sweating! This one is a more “HIIT” style program so the workouts tend to be a little shorter in length if thats something you are looking for! Because some workouts are timed make sure you are pushing yourself and getting in “as many rounds as possible AMRAP” Equipment needed: - Bands - Ab mat - Floor space - Free weights (if you have them) During an AMRAP minimal rest but for typical sets 30-45 seconds rest Can’t wait to watch you crush it! With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! I will be creating and sharing programs that are both strength and conditioning as well as calisthenics as I believe the two compliment each other!
