Welcome to the press to handstand program! This program is designed to help you achieve your first straddle & straddle press to handstand. Before beginning this program it is highly recommended that you have your free standing handstand for at least 5 seconds. This program is made up of 4 different phases, each consisting of a warm-up and 3 different workout days. Each person will be different but on average you will be spending 2-4 week per stage. Press to handstands are an advanced skill that require both strength and mobility! Tag me in your progress and I can’t wait to see you achieve your press to handstand!

With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! I will be creating and sharing programs that are both strength and conditioning as well as calisthenics as I believe the two compliment each other!
