Welcome to the “I CAN, I WILL” program! This is a 4 phase bodybuilding focused program! It is designed to help you not only feel strong, but also look strong! It will include both strength training & a cardio regimen as well as a nutrition guideline to help you along your journey! Each phase is 4 weeks long to ensure progressive overload and is a 4 day split. Although there is no place in the app yet to track your weights I do recommend you have a “note” in your phone or the good old paper to pen method to track your progress. This program will require access to a commercial gym where you will have access to both machines & free weights. Can’t wait to see you all crush your goals, share your workouts on IG or on the Facebook group!

With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
