LET’S GET TO IT! This program is designed for anyone who’s taken a small little break from the gym! This program is designed to be as “hard” or as “easy” as you’d like! Depending on the weights you use it will make it more challenging! Pieces of equipment you’ll need for this workout are booty bands (thick hip bands or the elastics ones), and dumbbells or kettlebells (or you can sub in the movements with a long resistance band). This program is super fun and meant to make you feel like you’re movin’ and groovin’ again! I highly recommend picking weights that allow you to complete the sets to their entirety rather than trying to go heavy and cutting the sets or reps short! With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! I will be creating and sharing programs that are both strength and conditioning as well as calisthenics as I believe the two compliment each other!
