Welcome to Calisthenics! This program is designed to help get introduce you into the world of “Cali”. The beginner program we are focusing on building a strong foundation and introducing beginner drills in order to achieve movements such as, pull-ups, front levers, back levers, handstands, pushups, and more! Cali is different than your typical workout so if needed feel free to adjust the reps! For example if you can’t complete the full 8-12 reps you can always do 5-8 instead until you build up more strength and endurance! Rest times are 45-60 seconds after each set. If you don’t have Basebars you can also sub in any of the bar movements with an outdoor park, pull up machine in the gym, smith machine for inverted rows! With my different sports backgrounds I am to create a hybrid training style! I will be creating and sharing programs that are both strength and conditioning as well as calisthenics as I believe the two compliment each other! I will also be creating fun challenges and movements to try both strength related and mobility related! My program will help you accomplish these challenges and help push you to be your best self!
