About Sydney Rose Miller

Online personal trainer

Born and raised in NYC, I began my career as a high school teacher. I always dreamt of creating spaces for people to feel empowered, celebrated and free. First I needed to free myself. My fitness career began with cycling and morphed into boxing, strength and nutrition. I am a decorated amateur boxer, lifelong athlete and educator. I love fitness but mostly I love watching the transformation that happens for my clients when they tap into the fighter they have inside. The SBox ethos melds the feminine with the fierce. Experiencing the arc of my own fight camps, and coaching top athletes and celebrities towards their respective monumental moments, has forever shaped me.
