My journey into the world of athletics began early in life. At a young age, I was groomed as a high-caliber athlete. I remember the games I played with my father, constantly testing and training my reaction time, agility, and hand-eye coordination. One of the first big obstacles I had to endure and overcome happened at birth. My hips were twisted inwards, causing a pigeon-toe stance. This was my first exposure to consistent training with long-term gratification. There were two ways that it could be fixed: the doctor could have surgically broken my hips and corrected the growth, or I had to get strong enough for the muscles to start pulling them into alignment as my body grew. My parents chose the second way. Years of training and preparation paid off, and I finally made it to the collegiate level. However, this dream life was short-lived as I suffered a torn Achilles tendon early into my higher-level career. I allowed this to defeat me and pull me away from athletics for quite a while through my young adult life. My passion for the outdoors is what eventually pulled me back into fitness and athletics. A true outdoorsman stays physically and mentally ready for the adventures ahead. The more athletic I became, the more success I saw, and the more I could endure the obstacles that Mother Nature threw at me. Pushing myself daily through physical endurance and mental fortitude began redeveloping the mindset I once had. Nothing is impossible, work harder, push your limits, and become an unstoppable force! Going at it alone was okay, but I wanted to share with everyone and help others regain their pursuit of achieving their once-forgotten dreams. My purpose was starting to take shape. I could finally see what all my hard work was leading me towards – helping others achieve belief in themselves and showing them that their dreams can become reality! You are everything you need! I’m here to help you develop discipline and confidence in your ability to pursue the person you visualize. First, we train our body and mind through consistent actions. Then, we relentlessly attack our aspirations! Your journey to seizing your dreams STARTS HERE!
