Do I need to purchase equipment? Yes — but it’s minimal. OCP HUNTFIT is built around dumbbell-focused workouts, so you’ll need:
A Set of Dumbbells – Adjustable or fixed, whatever you have access to.
A Bench – Flat or adjustable works, as long as it’s sturdy.
A Pull-Up Bar – Optional but recommended, since some workouts include pull-ups (I give substitutions if you don’t have one yet).
