I'm a beginner, is this program for me?
Absolutely. The tutorials and swim sets are developed for all skill levels. Beginners achieve significant progress when using Level 0 and Level 1 swim sets.
Will I get results using this program?
This program is designed to get results and develop you into an advanced swimmer. The swim sets are grouped into skill levels, so as you progress, you should move up to the next skill level. Make sure to take a before and after video of your swimming jounrey! It's always great to watch your own progress.
How long does it take to see results?
People can learn how to swim in just a couple of training sessions. Swimming is one of the best exercises and drives amazing results, so why would you not invest your time and energy to learn?
Do I need to purchase equipment?
All you need is a pair of goggles, a swim suit and a pool! If you don't know where to find a pool, we would recommend searching at recreational centers, gyms, or universities.
