Welcome to feeling more engaged, developing a stronger core, and beginning to move like a well oiled machine!
In this program you'll find everything you need to feel ready for your workouts OR to slow down when you feel like you need to nurture your body a little more. There classes / programs are all separate and don't need done in any specific order, it's for you to pick and choose what you need, when you need it.
Here is what I recommend - choose a core flow to perform before all of your workouts. It's GREAT to warm up your core to feel it fully activated and engaged, especially before you train. Developing a strong core can help reduce back pain, prevent urinary incontinence, and reduce the lower abdomen pooch so many of us feel self conscious about. It's just a disconnect in our core engagement!
Soon there will be upper body, lower body, and trunk mobility movements that you can work through before or after you train (preferably before), that will help you feel more flexible, move more fluidly, and get you stronger in different planes of motion. Choose one or two flows that support what you are doing in your workout.
Coming at some point, guided stretching classes AND at an even later date... i'll be busting out some yoga classes after I get a good refresher course under my belt.
