Dumbbells only?

Yes! All you need for this program and to get summer body ready are a variety of dumbbells that you find moderately challenging to lift, to HARD to lift. My guess is you'll probably even need some new ones before this program is over! It's 12 weeks long and there are 6 workouts per week. Each workout should take you about 40-60 minutes to complete.

    Hey! My name is Stephanie Ozinga, welcome to Breaking Boundaries. I’m a certified Strength Coach, Personal Trainer, and have several nutrition certifications under my belt. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
