This program is designed to be an accessory to your main training β€” a fun, high-energy add-on to help you build strength, shape, and definition in your arms, shoulders, and core. Program Structure: 4 workouts per week Workouts vary from 5–20 minutes (perfect for quick add-ons as an accessory program) Mix of bodybuilding-style sets, EMOMs, AMRAPs, and timed rounds You can complete the workouts in the order listed (Week 1 Day 1, Week 1 Day 2, etc.), or simply plug them in around your existing training program. Nutrition Guidance πŸ“πŸ₯©πŸ₯‘ Stick with the nutrition plan you’re already following for your main program. However, because these sessions add extra volume, you may benefit from an additional 100–200 calories on training days β€” especially protein or carbs to fuel muscle recovery. ✨ Sleeveless Summer is about more than just arms β€” it’s about confidence, strength, and showing up for yourself. Whether you’re chasing muscle definition or just want to feel stronger in your upper body, these workouts will help you get there.

Hey! My name is Stephanie Ozinga, welcome to Breaking Boundaries. I’m a certified Strength Coach, Personal Trainer, and have several nutrition certifications under my belt. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone β€” regardless of equipment β€” to help you get in shape.
