This program is designed to be an accessory to your main training β a fun, high-energy add-on to help you build strength, shape, and definition in your arms, shoulders, and core.
Program Structure:
4 workouts per week
Workouts vary from 5β20 minutes (perfect for quick add-ons as an accessory program)
Mix of bodybuilding-style sets, EMOMs, AMRAPs, and timed rounds
You can complete the workouts in the order listed (Week 1 Day 1, Week 1 Day 2, etc.), or simply plug them in around your existing training program.
Nutrition Guidance ππ₯©π₯
Stick with the nutrition plan youβre already following for your main program. However, because these sessions add extra volume, you may benefit from an additional 100β200 calories on training days β especially protein or carbs to fuel muscle recovery.
