Leave a rating and leave a comment - this is VERY important. This will tell me you completed the workout ON Monday. If you comment or set complete on any other day of the week it WILL NOT COUNT. I'll keep track of completions :) You can earn prizes along the way for completing 13 weeks 26 weeks 39 weeks and completing ALL 52 workouts. So if you miss a day, KEEP GOING. These workouts are designed to be short, intense (if you'd like them to be) and minimal equipment (just ONE set of dumbbells), so YOU can stay consistent, cut excuses and make this your healthiest year yet.

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. Thereโ€™s something for everyone โ€” regardless of equipment โ€” to help you get in shape.
