Whether you’re traveling, crunched for time, or just want a metabolic burn on top of your regular program, this collection has you covered. What to Expect Each workout lasts 20–25 minutes or less Requires only a single pair of dumbbells Designed as stand-alone sessions or to be added to your existing program a few times per week Workouts can be done in any order, depending on your schedule and energy Nutrition for Success These workouts pair best with either maintenance calories or a calorie deficit, depending on your goals. If you want to use these to support performance OR are adding them in addition to another program... aim for 15–16x body weight in calories or that performance calorie range (under the extras tab to calculate your macros). While these workouts are not designed primarily for muscle building, they are excellent for conditioning, fat loss, and metabolic health.

Hey! My name is Stephanie Ozinga, welcome to Breaking Boundaries. I’m a certified Strength Coach, Personal Trainer, and have several nutrition certifications under my belt. I am a girl mom x2 and I’m here to support other busy women and mothers in their training and transformation endeavors. Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
