What to Expect
Each workout lasts 20–25 minutes or less
Requires only a single pair of dumbbells

Nutrition for Success
These workouts pair best with either maintenance calories or a calorie deficit, depending on your goals.
If you want to use these to support performance OR are adding them in addition to another program... aim for 15–16x body weight in calories or that performance calorie range (under the extras tab to calculate your macros).
While these workouts are not designed primarily for muscle building, they are excellent for conditioning, fat loss, and metabolic health.
