The nutrition program is complete with recommended meal planning, portions, supplement recommendations and links, and a pinterest board of recipes to help make it EASY.

About the program

This is Breaking Boundaries Coaching FIRST EVER 8 Week Fat Loss program that combines fitness WITH a nutrition program, available to the PUBLIC. This program is designed to be done from home OR the gym. You'll need dumbbells varying in weight from light, to moderate, to heavy for YOU. The program is 5 days a week with 2 upper body sessions, 2 lower body sessions and 1 core and arms day meant to last about 40 minutes. The nutrition program will include meal recommendations and guidelines, supplement recommendations with links included, and a pinterest board full of recipes that fit the guidelines of the nutrition program! I've NEVER done this for my public fitness app, so I'm excited for you to be the FIRST to try it out!

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
