The Stronger Summer 2.0 Challenge is for women that are looking to stay consistent with their fitness goals this summer with challenging, all-new hybrid/strength style workouts. The best part is, all of our workouts are 45 minutes or less. We believe that it’s possible to get the results you want without spending hours in the gym this summer! Start with us from the beginning and we’ll be there to cheer you on and give you the tools you need to succeed every step of the way!

MONDAY - Upper-Body Strength
TUESDAY - Lower-Body Strength
WEDNESDAY - Wildcard Wednesday (an out-of-the-box conditioning workout)
THURSDAY - Rest Day
FRIDAY - Full-Body Strength
SATURDAY - Run Workout (a variety of treadmill workouts, outdoor runs, speed workouts, etc.)
SUNDAY - Rest Day
EQUIPMENT YOU’LL NEED:
- Dumbbells (light, medium & heavy)
- Barbell
- Kettlebell
- Pull-Up Bar
- Bench
- Box
- Medicine Ball
- Resistance Bands
- Mat
- Jump rope
- Cardio machine for wildcards (treadmill, bike, rower, etc.)
**If you don’t have access to all of this equipment, that’s totally fine! We can offer you modifications & substitutions.
