Welcome to the Hybrid Female ADVANCED! This program is for the woman who loves to run and strength train! Or you’re really into running and want to start incorporating strength training, this program is for you! If you are training for a half marathon, full marathon, or even an ultra you can still do this program. We recommend substituting out our set runs with your programmed runs and do the strength days! The layout of the program is: Monday- easy run + strength Tuesday- easy run Wednesday- speed workout + strength Thursday- rest Friday- strength Saturday- long run Sunday- rest This program can really be tailored to you and what you want to get out of the program! Meet Stef & Makayla

Stef has been in the health & fitness industry for 5 years. She holds NASM CPT & ACE Prenatal certifications and is also a certified Spin instructor. She was a HIIT bootcamp & spin class instructor at a boutique gym in Nashville, and has since taken her passion for all things health & fitness onto social media where she has built a community of women that she hopes to encourage and educate women on how to live a fit, healthy & balanced lifestyle. Stef has also worked with & been involved in her husband's dietary supplement company, Bare Performance Nutrition. Makayla holds NASM CPT & ACE Prenatal certifications, and is also a RN-BSN. She has trained in just about every area of fitness! From bodybuilding, to HIIT, Crossfit & Ultra Marathon Running - she's a competitive, natural athlete with a huge passion for health & fitness. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
