This program will guide you through your first week, show you how to use the app, and set the rhythm for everything that comes next. With consistency you will feel stronger, more confident, and ready to move forward. Quick Start 1. Open Start Day One and complete the workout. 2. Follow the program through Day Five in order. 3. Rest on Saturday and enjoy one cheat meal. 4. Check in on Sunday. Log your weight, upload your photos, and give yourself self-care. 5. Log your steps every day with a goal of 10 K. 6. Move into Snatched Method next week and follow the schedule written in each description. 7. Use the other bubbles for support: • Snatched Waist for core. • Peach Snatch for lower body. • Toned Arms for upper body. • Snatched Chair Series for chair-based workouts. • Snatched Reset Hub for weekly drops. • Snatched Eats for meals and swaps. • Snatched Lounge for coaching and encouragement. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
