Every session is under 30 minutes and designed to give you the burn without taking over your day. Here is how to use this bubble: On your weekly plan you will not see a set day for arms, but you can add it in when you feel ready. Pick one workout, press play, and log it in the app. This bubble is also here if you ever feel like your upper body needs more attention or if you want to swap it in for a little variety. Your step goal is still 10K every day. Keep logging your steps so I can track your progress and see how you are balancing your training. If you are not at 10 K yet, that is fine. Stay steady with your logging so I can plan with you. Send me a message in the app anytime if you need help. Toned Arms will keep you balanced with the rest of your program. Use it when you want extra focus and let it support the work you are already putting in.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
