Strong Snatch Challenge | August 4–31 We’re back where it all started and this time we’re turning it up. The Strong Snatch Challenge is four weeks of raw work that will snatch your waist, lift your peach, and tighten your entire body. These workouts hit, and they work when you show up and give it everything. This program is for women who are ready to see real change in thirty days. Every workout is twenty minutes or less, so there is no reason to skip. You can train at home or in the gym. You can use just your body or add dumbbells when you want to push harder. The kids are back in school, and there is no excuse not to give yourself twenty minutes to hit your goals. You are getting four full weeks with five workouts each week. You are getting follow-along videos that keep you moving, meal plans that guide you, and me coaching you through every rep inside the app. This is a one-time purchase.
