A chair can still give you a real workout, and this series is going to show you exactly how.

The Snatched Chair Series is for the woman who wants to get stronger but needs a more comfortable way to begin. Maybe fast workouts feel like too much right now. Maybe getting down on the floor is not an option. You may simply want movement that feels easier on your body without feeling like you are doing nothing. Pull up a sturdy chair because we can work with that.

Over six weeks, I will guide you through 24 seated workouts. You will train four days each week with a mix of arms, legs, core, cardio and full-body movement. The exercises change throughout the program, so you are not doing the same little routine every day.

Most workouts take about 15–25 minutes. Begin with two rounds and take the rest you need. Build toward three rounds or add light weights as you get stronger. Water bottles work too, and you can complete the movements without weights. Exercise demonstrations and instructions are included so you can follow along without feeling lost.

This program can help you build strength, stamina, coordination and confidence with movement. Pay attention to the everyday wins too. Standing up may feel steadier. Walking through the store may not wear you out as quickly. You may notice that you can do more before needing a break.

You need a sturdy chair that does not roll. Light dumbbells and a resistance band are used in some workouts, but you can begin without them. Walking is optional and should fit your ability. Your seated movement still counts.

Your purchase also includes meal plans, home fitness equipment links, my Apple workout playlist and access to our free Snatched Babes Facebook group. You will also have access to my Playbook community and direct messaging for questions, check-ins and encouragement.

This is not about keeping up with anyone else. Start where you are, stay consistent and give your body the chance to surprise you.
