Sis, this is your Snatched Chair Series. This is a standalone program that runs for two weeks with five workouts each week. You will use nothing but a chair and each workout stays under 30 minutes so it can fit into your day without pulling you away from everything else you handle. Here is how you move through this bubble. Start with Day One and work through the week in order. Log your workout when you finish so I can see your progress. Saturday and Sunday are your rest days so your body can reset before the next week begins. Your step goal is 10K each day. Keep logging your steps in the app so I can see where you are and help move you forward. If you are not there yet, that is fine. Consistency matters most and we will build from where you are right now. If you ever feel stuck, send me a message inside the app so I can support you. This series is going to show you that your body can change with the simplest setup. Trust the plan, stay steady, and let these two weeks prove how strong you are.
