You are ready to feel stronger again, but your schedule and body may not feel the way they did before having your baby. Postpartum Snatch gives you a clear place to begin without expecting you to have everything figured out first.

This four-week program is for moms cleared by their healthcare professional to return to exercise. You will receive 16 workouts with four workout days each week. Choose the days that fit your life and place recovery days between workouts when needed.

The program combines standing and floor exercises to train your full body. Beginners can follow the modifications and start without weights. Moms who feel comfortable exercising can add weight, complete a third round or use a stronger variation.

Most workouts take about 15–25 minutes. Start with two rounds and build from there. You will need a mat and a sturdy chair. Some workouts use light dumbbells, but water bottles or bodyweight work too.

Walking goals and daily step targets increase gradually throughout the four weeks. Your steps can come from short walks, errands or moving around the house. You do not need one long walk to make your movement count.

Baby needs you during a workout? Pause it. Come back when you can and continue from where you stopped. A busy day does not erase the effort you already made.

Notice the changes that do not show on a scale too. Getting up from the floor may feel easier. You may have more energy or feel stronger carrying things around the house. Those wins matter.

Your purchase includes meal plans, home fitness equipment links, my Apple workout playlist and our free Snatched Babes Facebook group. You will also have access to my Playbook community and direct messaging for questions and check-ins. Choose food guidance that fits your recovery and feeding needs.

Take front and side profile pictures before and after when you feel comfortable. Track your strength and energy too. We are not rushing your body. We are helping you trust it again.
