The November Snatch Reset is your 30-day plan to get back into a routine before the year gets away from you. You do not need to wait for January. We are starting with the time and energy you have right now.

You will complete 20 at-home workouts over four weeks. There are five workout days each week with Saturday and Sunday set aside for recovery. Move the days around when life gets busy, but keep the workouts in order so your body gets the balance built into the challenge.

The workouts include full-body, upper-body, lower-body and core training. Beginners can use the modifications, lighter weights and extra rest. More experienced women can increase their weight or add a round while keeping the movements controlled.

Most workouts take about 15–25 minutes. You will need a mat, light dumbbells and a resistance band. A sturdy chair is used for some exercises. Household substitutes and bodyweight options are included when possible.

Walking and daily movement are part of the reset too. Your step goal will gradually increase throughout the month. The recovery-day walking options also build each week. Walking at work counts. Trips through the store count. Moving while fixing dinner or finishing things around the house counts. The complete schedule and goals are inside Workout 1.

Take front and side profile pictures before you begin. Take your after pictures at the end using similar clothing, lighting and angles. Track your strength, energy and how your clothes feel too because progress can show up in more than one place.

Your purchase includes access to my Playbook community and direct messaging. You can check in, ask questions and stay connected throughout the challenge.

Meal plans, equipment links, favorite finds and our free Snatched Babes Facebook group are available under Extras.

Give me 30 days of honest effort and let’s see what happens when you stop counting yourself out.
