- keep your core engaged so your lower back isn’t strained
- try to at least get to parallel depth
- engage your lats for a stronger squat

Barbell squat

- keep your chin down
- keep hips tucked and abs tight
- Support upper back on a bench and the barbell across your hips
- With both knees bent to 90 degrees 
- Lower your glutes to the floor and press back up to starting

Barbell hip thrusts

- Place the dumbbell on your hips
- Raise one leg off the ground
- Push through your heel raise your hips
- Engage your glutes as you lift

Dumbbell single leg glute bridge

-Holding a dumbbell at your side, slight lean forward to target glutes 
- Place foot up onto the box and push through your heel to stand up
- Bring the other leg up
- Step down and repeat
 - Work both sides
