ALL levels can complete this program as there will be suggested weights for each workout depending on the level (beginner, intermediate, & advanced). If you are looking to build confidence with crossfit style workouts, while improving strength, this program is for you!
What equipment will I need? You will primarily find barbell and cardio equipment in this section such as concept 2/echo bike, rower, ski erg. However, you will also see dummbells, boxes, a rig, kettlebells and wallballs.
