-6 week program that includes 5 workouts a week where your sole focus will be your non-dominant foot
-Workouts are 15 minutes long and do require ball(s), cones, and sometimes a wall or goal
- Each day will be a different focus.
-Focuses: Dribbling, passing, footwork, shooting, first touch.
-The program will officially begin on October 7th, and the last day to enter and send your pre-test results will be on October 21st.
-The last day to send your post- test results will be on December 2nd. The Winner will be announced shortly after that date.
