30 minutes a day can change everything. At the age of 12 I decided I wanted to play college soccer. In efforts to reach that dream, I set a goal to practice on my own every single day (besides game day and rest day) for at least 30 minutes. I know without a doubt that my commitment to practicing on my own is what helped me achieve my dream. I’ve created this program to help you develop the habit of practicing on your own daily. This 6 week program will include 30 minute workouts to follow along to each week. If you commit yourself to this program, I have no doubts that you will be amazed at the progress you see. And if you commit to making 30 minutes a day a habit… your dreams can become a reality!
