My name is Shelby (shelb) I am a female only personal trainer who specialises in Muscle gain Booty building Fat/weight loss Strength A little background on me is I have been a personal trainer for 6 years as an Anorexia nervosa survivor I used fitness to help me physically and mentally recover and I have helped 100s of women do the same and become the best versions of themselves, I truly believe fitness should be apart of everyone’s life style for the mental benefits it has on us, so wether your looking to just feel great or have a specific goal you want to achieve then I am here to help you and be your little on the go pocket PT. I will be adding workouts that you can do at home or at the gym so my workouts will suit everyone! Now let’s get to work :)

What are the goals of the program?
Tone & sculpt up at the comfort of your own home! No equipment needed
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Complete 3 times per week for 6/8 weeks best results
How to schedule the program into a week?
Sessions will be 30/45 mins so they can be done before/ after work or during your lunch hour, we all have 30 minutes to spare within the day so we have no excuses girls
What do I need to participate in this program?
These workouts are done with the use of your win body weight so no equipment will be needed (however if your advanced or your fitness levels increase then you can always add some weights)
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are for beginners & intermediate levels (advanced levels can do these workouts if they add some weights)
