No. you can do all these movements in the comfort of what ever space you have. You can do this in the gym as well to create comfort going.
What type of equipment is needed?
Mat for ground work. Dumbbells light to med heavy. Resistance bands. music
What if I still cant do push ups by the end
Start again and the next time around really try to push to up the weight each round with all movements.
