Shannon Helm has turned her passion for health & fitness into her career & lifestyle. Starting as a volleyball athlete, to becoming a volleyball coach, and then a personal & group fitness trainer; her goal is to show people how fitness can build confidence through movement — it’s about inspiring to be a little bit better with each day! Coming from a small town called Granbury, TX; she moved to LA in 2018 to pursue her dreams of changing people’s lives through fitness. Shannon now coaches high school boys & girls volleyball, coaches group fitness at F45 Training, trains clients in her home gym, & trains high profile clients like Mark Wahlberg, Tony Ressler, Jami Gertz, & Melanie C. Her ability to cultivate an encouraging, yet challenging training environment is what sets her apart. Through Train with Shann, her hope is to make a healthy lifestyle more accessible to people everywhere!

Training Requirements

At Train With Shann, a willing and adaptable mindset matters most. It's not about finding excuses but reasons. What can you do today to be better than yesterday? Inspire to be better! Her programs include bodyweight movements, minimal equipment, and free weight programs for you.

Accomplishments

Shannon hopes to use her platform to inspire people to be better. She’s a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, & has a Public Relations degree from Texas Tech University.
