I went on my first diet when I was just 8 years old—and by 12, I had developed my first eating disorder. For over a decade, I lived in a cycle of yo-yo dieting, body shame, and binge eating. It wasn’t until I was 22 that I finally began to break free from that toxic relationship with food and started healing.
Now, I help women do the same.
I don’t believe in restrictive diets or labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” I believe in balance—fueling your mind and body with mostly whole foods, while making space for the fun stuff like ice cream and pizza without guilt. Because extremes don’t work, and food should never feel like the enemy.
My workout programs are designed to build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and help you feel strong and confident—without spending hours working out or obsessing over every calorie. I want you to look and feel your best from the inside out… and finally feel at peace with food, fitness, and your body.
