About Shaina Fata

Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

Who is this program for?
This program is for: • those who feel stiff, stuck, or limited in their range of motion - especially in the hips, spine, and shoulders • strength trainers who want better positioning and deeper range • UNLOCK is designed for intermediate to advanced movers but beginners can absolutely follow it by modifying the range or load (if you’re comfortable with bodyweight training or basic kettlebell moves, you’ll be fine)
What will I get out of this program?
This program will give you: • functional flexibility and strength • control in deep end ranges • confidence in your movement • a better understanding of how to move with purpose
What equipment do I need?
For the full experience, you'll want: • kettlebells (2-3 weight sizes is ideal but not necessary) • a plyo box
How do I incorporate UNLOCK into my training routine?
UNLOCK is designed to fit seamlessly into what you're already doing. THIS IS NOT A PROGRAM TO BE DONE BY ITSELF. Option 1: Use it before or after you lift • Do 1–2 rounds as a targeted warm-up or as a workout finisher. Option 2: Use it on active rest or cardio days • Treat it as your movement practice on days you’re not lifting. Option 3: Use it as a recovery session • Mobility is recovery. Do 1–3 rounds in the evening or after training to reset tight hips, shoulders, and spine.
