Fitness Trainer | Functional & Fun Fitness Enthusiast

Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

For a low price of $14.99/month or $99.99/year you'll receive everything you need to reach your goals. That includes improving strength, flexibility, mobility, and more! My app contains hundreds of workouts, programs, yoga flows, and mobility training. You can also access my meal-planning and nutrition guide, Spotify music playlists, and have access to 200+ other top instructors and trainers.
What equipment do I need?
My recommendation: have at a minimum 1-3 sets of dumbbells to do this starter path This is a variety of programs that are ALL weight-based. You will see dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbell work. Additionally, some programs have things like pull-up bar, med balls, plyometric box, and dip bars. HOWEVER, this path is designed to help you figure out what will fit you best. That includes if you don't have the access to certain equipment, take note of that! If you are spending half the workout modifying with dumbbells because you don't have a squat rack, then that might not be the best program for you to start. YES - you can modify. YES - you can message me at any time for suggestions
How do I do this starter path?
Step 1: make sure you have at least 1-3 sets of weights Step 2: start your workout Step 3: journal or just make a note somewhere how you felt about the workout and if it is a contender in which program you want to start with Step 4: check-in with me IF you have any questions Step 5: choose a program OR repeat steps 1-4 until you have figured out what program you want to start with YOU DO NOT HAVE TO FINISH THIS PATH BEFORE STARTING. If you like something, head over to that program and get moving!
