Hi! I'm Shaina. My fitness journey started with yoga and lead me to mastering at-home workouts with free weights and minimal to no equipment. My passion lies in functional, creative, and fun fitness. As a mom of three fur children and a beautiful daughter born this past year, I know the power of balance, willpower, and consistency. I left my career as an environmental engineer to pursue a life in fitness and could never have imagined that it would turn in to what it is today. My goal alway is to help others feel their strongest and most confident selves through the power of movement. I am currently certified in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, yoga, and health coaching. My hope is to empower you along your fitness journey - whether that's at home, in the gym, or on the go!

What equipment do I need for this program?
Highly Recommended / Necessary Equipment: β€’ barbell + plates β€’ dumbbells (various sizes from light-medium to heavy) - this is going to be different for everyone! My suggestion is to try out some weights at a gym or fitness equipment store. Try various exercises to get a feel for what is light, medium, and heavy for you. β€’ plyometric box or bench Would Be Nice To Have Equipment: β€’ kettlebells (2-3 of various sizes - go heavy) β€’ medicine slam ball (go heavy but be able to do at least 8-10 slams) β€’ pull-up bar Extra Equipment / 100% Optional: β€’ parallel dip bars β€’ heavy slam ball (40-50 lbs) for over the shoulder throws
What level of fitness do I need to be? Are modifications available?
This program is for you if: β€’ you’re comfortable with barbell lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses β€’ you’ve trained consistently and want more structure, challenge, or progression β€’ you’re ready to push yourself with complex movement, explosive work, and full-body intensity β€’ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to be able to jump on a box multiple times & press at least just a 45-lb barbell over your head

There is a nutrition guide along with recipes located in the "Extras" tab of the app. You can also use my free macro calculator on my website if you are interested in tracking: https://www.shainafata.com/calculator Keep in mind that the macro calculator calculates on the high end for protein intake.
